Kickstarter: Life Begins At Incorporation: cartoons and essays
Today Ive launched a Kickstarter for my first book, a 225 page collection of cartoons and humor essays titled Life Begins At Incorporation. If youve enjoyed reading my comics online over the last ten years (!) this is the best way to show your support.
And you get things for backing! At $25 you get the book mailed to you as soon as it is out. At $40 you can get the book and have all my comics sent to your inbox every Monday for a year, days before they are released to the public. Higher levels include original drawings in the book, original art, signed prints, and limited levels where you can get War Is Boring artwork or the original art of the first Avenging Uterus comics with key frames from the animation (limited to one).
Swinger Voters
Swing voters are a frightening bunch to me. Held in high regard by the media, these low-information dullards could send us back to a pre-Roe America based on a slick campaign ad, the last yard sign they saw before voting, or whatever other factors sway these people. Fortunately, I don’t think the idiocracy has arrived yet. Like most squeakers, this election is going to come down to getting out the base. I’m beginning to think undecideds won’t even factor. If nothing has persuaded them to make a choice by this point, I doubt they have the motivation to drive to a polling place and push a button.
